Jean Grey goes dark again in the Dark Phoenix

The Dark Phoenix features Jean Grey falling off the deep end.

The MCU spinoff features family, roguishness and forgiveness. Cast in the year 1992, The mutants are sent off on a rescue mission when it all goes south.

Normally this is typical science fiction but we’re a little bit interested in our protagonist Jean Grey played by Sophie Turner in the dark Phoenix. If you’re familiar with the X-Men it’s no news that the heroine has always been a point of interest. Jean Grey-Summers is a fictional character born the second daughter to John and Elaine Grey though her history shows a loving family life she is portrayed from a broken family in the dark phoenix. The mutant’s personality shows one of passion and suffering, and she dates back to the original X-Men team as ‘Marvel girl’ from the year 1963.  Also, she is the first female member of the X-Men

Having an empathetic personality affects her control of her abilities which are mainly psychologic. When faced with overwhelming situations the mutant goes through immediate nervous breakdown which typically ends up with destruction. Growing up, she has had quite a few unpleasant happenings with her abilities and having an empathetic trait, this creates a wall of guilt, and the need for guidance and acceptance. She also has the ability to affect and read minds.
